I did my checks but still had my concerns after paying up front, but absolutely no hassle or problems from start to finish.
From the installer, the electrician & the Bosch engineer they were all excellent & nothing was too much bother.
It replaced a very old system so gave the installer a few probs but George stayed until late evening to ensure it was perfect.
My experience with BoxT & Bosch was excellent.6*
I'm in Pembroke, West Wales & a Worcester Bosch Greenstar was installed.

Honestly I was a bit sceptical
Honestly I was a bit sceptical, surely it can't take 10 mins to order a boiler and arrange finance to be installed the next day... but it did... (ok maybe it took a bit longer if you include taking the photos)
In fact, the only hiccup was me forgetting to add the £000's to my annual salary and wondering why the soft credit check failed...
The engineer was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable, did a very neat job and went the extra mile. I'd definitely recommend BOXT to anyone thinking about using them for a new boiler
New boiler by Paul (PMC) and his team
We had a new boiler fitted today within 24 hours of ordering it. Paul came out and with his apprentice (who was more than able to handle all the work) and they worked tirelessly. The job wasn't straight forward due to electrical faults and poor pipe issues from the previous plumber but they worked for 10 hours straight without a break. They talked me through everything that was done and were friendly and professional and made sure our house was the way it was when they arrived. We were lucky to have 2 excellent plumbers who also had time to talk to us and didn't mind our kids being under their feet. I will definitely be using them again!

Sean text the evening before to give me a 2 hour window, and also called 20 minutes arrival. He was quick and efficient in replacing the Heatlink, and also checked that everything was connected and working fine.

Nest Heatlink Replacement by Rob
Contacted by Google re a known issue with my Nest Heatlink, logged with BOXT and engineer visit scheduled within minutes using the reference number from Google. Rob texted me on the day to say he could fit me in early, arrived on time, Heatlink replaced and everything back up and running again within about 15 minutes. Very pleasant and knowledgeable engineer, great service from BOXT.

This company has got their service offering just right. Boxt fitted our boiler really well and now do the annual maintenance. You get a warning that a service is due and then the engineer contacts you the day before to confirm the time.
We saw we had Ryan Arnold again who did a great job last year so we were confident he would do a good job in a courteous and tidy manner.
Ryan came on time and did a good job plus gave advice on best practice for heating our home

Really cannot fault this Company.
Ordered boiler and paid online, fitting was booked for a couple of days later (not three weeks that British Gas offered).
Communication was excellent, installer turned up on day/time agreed and worked efficiently and tidily. Really pleasant and courteous. Took everything away and showed us how the boiler worked, checked that we were happy before leaving.
A pleasure to do business with them.
Brilliant service from Sean H
Sean H attended to an issue with our Nest Learning Thermostat where the HeatLink box wasn’t working. He was meant to come tomorrow but managed to slot us in today, which really helped as the issue meant the central heating was not working. Sean was polite, friendly and worked quickly, resolving the issue within 15 mins. Thanks Sean!

Excellent service
Initially I thought I would be waiting for the delivery of a new Heatlink for my Nest thermostat after the current one failed. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out BOXT were supporting Nest owners with maintenance and repair. BOXT attended within 48 hours of me logging my issue. The process of booking an appointment online was almost too straight forward and Wing Lee from BOXT was very helpful in getting the job completed quickly. Wing let me know when to expect him and he arrived on time which was great. He was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use BOXT again. Thanks for all your help!

Fast, Friendly & Efficient
Informed of a fault on Sunday and the engineer was here 3 days later. Engineer Wing Lee called in the morning to confirm the appointment, then again as he was leaving the previous job to give an idea of ETA. Arrived and was friendly and professional. Showed him where the thermostat was and left him to it. 15 minutes later, all sorted. Great work.
Had a problem with my Nest controller…
Had a problem with my Nest controller and Mark from BOXT came out and replaced the controller.
He texted the day before, then 30 mins before arriving, arrived on time and did a great job with it and it is all up and running again just fine.
A very friendly chap. Thankyou Mark, great service with a smile.
Turned up on time after contacting me…
Turned up on time after contacting me the day before and again on the day to day he was I. His way. Was very considerate about my home, removing shoes without being asked and also turned off my immersion heater saving me money. Would definitely recommend to other. David P was my engineer and he was very good.
Gas service the engineer was polit
The engineer was very polite and efficient he came across of low pressure at the meter and informed SGN who attended and resolved the fault at the meter just goes to show that your service will show up other problems.

Great service by Wing. Fixed the problem with no hassle and explained everything throughout, taking time to make sure all was okay for us. He also made sure that we knew to get back in touch if any further faults developed.

Excellent service as usual
Excellent service as usual, arrived on time, explained everything and was very friendly. BOXT have always serviced our boiler and it has always been the same great experience. Communication is great email day before, phone call when on the way and fully explained what he had done. Throughly recommend this company.
